Using Our Website

All content on this website, including text, photos, logos, and menus, belongs to Ember & Vine and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Reservations
- Reservation requests are confirmed by email or phone. A request is not guaranteed until we confirm it.
- We hold tables for 15 minutes past the reservation time. Please call us if you're running late.
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or change a reservation. For parties of 8 or more, late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Online Orders
- Menu items, prices, and availability may change without notice. If an item is unavailable, we'll contact you before preparing your order.
- Pickup and delivery times are estimates. Delivery is limited to our service area.
- Please tell us about any allergies when ordering. While we take care in our kitchen, we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free of allergens.
Catering & Private Events
Catering quotes are estimates until confirmed in a written event agreement. Deposits, final guest counts, and cancellation terms for events are set out in that agreement.
Gift Cards
- Gift cards never expire and can be used for dine-in, takeout, online orders, and catering.
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
- Please treat gift cards like cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
Ember Rewards
Membership in our rewards program is free. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are earned on purchases after taxes and before tips. We may change program benefits, tiers, or point values with notice posted on our website.
Reviews & Content You Share
When you submit a review or other content, you give us permission to display it on our website and marketing materials. We may decline or remove content that is offensive, unlawful, or unrelated to your experience.
Limitation of Liability
Our website and its content are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Ember & Vine is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the website.
